Briton, Swede among 5 arrested on immigration charges

Five foreigners, including a Briton and a Swede, were arrested on
immigration charges before being deported.
Stephen Dierden, 50, of the United Kingdom and Kan Tomjosaplainsan, 52, of
Sweden, were taken into custody by Chonburi Immigration Police, along with
two Cambodians and a Burmese.
All were charged with either illegal entry into Thailand or overstaying
their visas. They were held at Banglamung Police Station before being
processed for deportation.
