Komkrich Sutatham, president of the Old Japan Student’s Association (standing right) recently held a charity rally party to raise funds for charity in honour of His Majesty the King’s 50th anniversary of his accession to the throne.

Patana is seen giving the document to Pattaya Mayor Pairat Suthithamronsawat and City Manager Songsak Yomjinda.

Uthai Phimchaicharoen, a drafter of the new constitution, Anand Panyarachun and Chuan Leekphai, former prime ministers, held a conference on law in order to aid the drafting of the new constitution. A group of legal experts from many countries was invited to participate in the conference which took 3 days.
