The 27 floor, 427-unit building located on Pratumnak Soi 1 will surely be a landmark in Pattaya, and will be visible from most areas of town. The emphasis on the development is “Affordable Luxury” and that is exactly what the Nova Group is giving. All of the units are tastefully equipped with luxury bathrooms and kitchens as standard. Other features of the project include a huge pool (46m in length) with waterfall and a water-slide, underground parking, high speed elevators, a fully equipped gym, a children’s playground, a five star lobby area with 6m ceilings and a gourmet restaurant, not forgetting the re-assurance of 24hr security.

Nova Group’s President Rony Fineman said, “Location is of prime importance to many of our customers and at the Cliff they can enjoy spectacular views over Pattaya Bay, Jomtien, the Gulf of Thailand and the nearby islands. We are nestled just behind Buddha mountain in the very prestigious Cosy Beach area, and are neighbors with many up-market hotels, The Royal Cliff and The Sheraton, to name but a few. We are only a short walk to the beautiful Cosy Beach and have many restaurants and lots of entertainment venues in our local area. Both Pattaya and Jomtien are only a five minute taxi Ride away too.”

He also added, “The fact that the development has almost 60% green area was a major factor in our EIA approval; that twinned with the green features of the building such as waste water recycling. I would also like to thank our investors for their patience and trust in The Nova Group, we will shortly be installing an on-site webcam so that our customers can see the progress of the construction from their computers via our The Cliff’s website.”

In these times of redundancies and cutbacks it’s good to see one company that has taken the opportunity to invest and expand its business.

Global Solidor has been operating in Pattaya for a number of years now and on Saturday the 31st of August they opened a new office, which is actually an extension of their existing premise on Naklua Road.

Global Solidor’s main business is in property and insurance and they also deal in construction & renovation and work closely with legal agents at the German Thai Group.

On the day of the opening many guests were in attendance to give flowers and good wishes to Rainer Heinzmann, the Managing Director of Global Solidor.

Solar powered condo project on Eastern Seaboard

Property developer CW Asset Co., Ltd. has acquired a 1-1-37 plot of land at Bang Saray Beach, Chonburi Province, to develop two 8 floor solar powered condominiums.

CW Asset purchased the land in Bang Saray for its stunning ocean views of Bang Saray Bay and 5 neighboring islands. The planned condominium will be powered by solar panels and construction will start in 2011.

Bang Saray Beach Condominium will be an energy efficient building, generating its own electricity from solar panels, recycling water for landscape use and minimize water consumption with hi-tech plumbing fixtures.

The electricity generated by the building’s solar panels will be used to power the condominium. Any excess electricity produced will be sold to the Electric Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT).

The beautiful municipality of Bang Saray is in a natural forest and beach setting on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand. It is approximately 15 minutes south of Pattaya and is ideally located to support a solar powered condominium project.
