A maid at a Naklua condominium stumbled upon a snake nest
filled with eggs and newly hatched reptiles.
Phimpsiri Boonchu, 19, was picking chilies for the
night’s meal when she was startled by the snake. She then called the condo
manager, who called in the Sawang Boriboon Foundation to handle the 40
centimeter-long snake outside of Angel Park Residence Condominium on Soi
16/2.
Officers placed the snake, the hatchlings and the rest of
the 26 eggs in plastic buckets and took them to a wooded area.
