Royal Garden Plaza spruced up for Chinese New Year,
with mall management and shopkeepers alike cleaning inside and outside
the mall.
Royal Garden General Manager Somporn Naksuetrong led
the early-morning Jan. 19 cleanup effort with employees from the G4S
security firm, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum, Foodwave and many of
the 120 smaller shop owners scrubbing the outside of the mall and its
Beach Road entrance.
Mall managers and shopkeepers alike picked up mops,
squeegees, hoses and sponges together, not only giving the mall a shiny
fa็ade, but improving relationships among tenants.
Somporn said he was proud to see masses of people
joining to clean the mall and it was a scene to be remembered.
