Sarawut Charoenklang was
arrested for shooting a 9mm handgun in public.

A Huay Yai man was arrested for firing gunshots into the air in
an early morning show of bravado on Third Road.
Sarawut Charoenklang, 40, was captured around 4 a.m. April 4 in front of
the Moo 7 School in Nong Phungkhaew. Police found a loaded 9mm handgun
on him. Three other men and a woman between ages 19 and 25 were stopped
with Sarawat, searched and released.
Police said Sarawut confessed to shooting off the gun outside the Mum
Aroi restaurant on Third Road to show off for girls in the area and
designate himself as the toughest guy on the block. He then ran away
before he got in trouble.
Sarawut was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and shooting it
in public.
