monkey to wait for animal rescue to arrive.

A hungry monkey suffered a serious electrical burn when its
high-wire act near the Sattahip Naval Base sent it flysing from a
7-meter-tall pole.
Nardrada Jitmintra, 46, found the wild monkey lying on the ground and
breathing shallowly near the navy’s Department of Industrial Works Nov.
11. Animal-rescue officers wrapped the simian in a towel and took it to
an animal hospital for treatment.
Nardrada said she has seen the monkey many times scooting on power
lines. But when it tried to come down for food, the monkey apparently
grounded itself by touching both the pole and wire, sending it flying
and leaving it with a burn mark on the right leg.
