Beach Road transvestite made the mistake of doing his nefarious deeds
too publicly.
Ekapop P, 26, was arrested Jan. 17 across from Pattaya Police Station
after officers found him providing oral sex to a drunk Russian tourist.
Both parties were charged with creating a public nuisance.
The Ubon Ratchathani ladyboy told police he was aware his public display
damaged the image of Pattaya, but said he had no choice as he was poor
and the Russian offered him 500 baht for the service.
