Armed robbers take down Na Jomtien 7-11

Suspects were captured clearly on CCTV and police feel confident of catching the thieves.

Boonlua Chatree
Police are searching for two men who robbed a 7-Eleven on Sukhumvit Road.
Police were called to the convenience store inside a PTT gas station in Najomtien around 5 a.m. Oct. 17.
Clerk Noppadol Khong-ngam, 21, said a man about 170cm tall came into the store inquiring about a telephone card, then pulled a pistol. A second man entered the store with a knife and ordered the clerk to fill a bag with money from cash drawer.
The thieves escaped with about 4,000 baht.
Police said the gun-wielding suspect was captured clearly on CCTV and even though the robbery took only 90 seconds, they feel confident of catching the thieves.
