Disabled Thais looking to find jobs and learn about human rights and
education can now say “there’s an app for that.”
The Father Ray Foundation Nov. 14 rolled out a smartphone application serving as
a front-end for its 1479 telephone hotline. Rev. Michael Picharn Jaiseri, vice

Jaiseri said the “1479 App Hotline for the Disabled” will provide another avenue

rights, jobs, education, news and other information.
New features exclusive to the software will be a Q&A function and registration
for volunteer activities.
