MP Sansak Charun Ngampichet celebrate his 70th birthday.
Culture Minister Sukumol Kunplome, her husband
Sonthaya, a former Tourism and Sports Minister, and Mayor Itthiphol
Kunplome led the list of local government workers and businessmen who
attended the Aug. 20 party at the Palang Chon Party offices in Pattaya.
Nine monks prayed for the party-list MP elected July
3 and were invited to stay for lunch. Attendees enjoyed food from a
variety of booths Pattaya school children put on some traditional Thai
dance numbers.
Sansak began his political career 30 years ago and he
has served as a former deputy health minister in the Thaksin Shinawatra
cabinet. His son was also elected to parliament to represent the Pattaya
area in July.
