Kamnan Poh endorses his
choices for upcoming election
Somewhat taking the surprise out of who will be
representing Chonburi Province in Thailand’s next parliament, Somchai
Khunpluem, a.k.a. Kamnan Poh, has released his list of candidates he
supports for the upcoming national elections on November 17th.
Somchai Khunpluem is endorsing the former candidates up for re-election
in District One, as well as Sontaya Khunpluem and Surasit
Nitiwuthiwararak in District Two, and Sansak Ngarm-phiches, who has been
a Chonburi MP many times, in District Three.
In the elections for the new government, there will be three district
elections, with 3 MPs representing each district. This will give
Chonburi one more MP than they had under the last administration. To
fill this extra post, Somchai is supporting a young man new to the
political arena, Charnsak Chonglitanititham. Charnsak has a masters
degree and aims to be a new force in Chonburi politics. He has already
sat on the Pattaya City Council.
