A Nigerian tourist was arrested for allegedly dealing
crystal methamphetamines while on holiday in Pattaya.
Arinze Anthony Ifeanyi, 44, was apprehended at a North
Pattaya hotel with 20.8 g. of ya ice. He was named by 34-year-old Rosnee
Pumyim, who was earlier arrested for possession of a half-gram of crystal
meth, as her dealer.
Police claim Ifeanyi confessed to selling drugs while on
vacation in Thailand, but that the drugs were given to him by a Thai
national. Police, skeptical, are holding the Nigerian while they investigate
any ties to an international drug ring.
