Receptionist Tumaporn Arunritrath makes a
positive identification of bellboy Lertlam Kunrat as the person who admitted
to stealing her gold.

A hotel bellboy was arrested for stealing gold from a neighbor.
Lertlam Kunrat, 33, was taken into custody Nov. 25 with a gold necklace,
diamond ring, and gold nugget worth a total 31,000 baht. Receptionist
Tumaporn Arunritrath had reported all three items stolen.
Lertlam said he is a bellboy at a newly opened hotel and lives near
Tumaporn’s apartment. Police said he’d confessed to stealing more gold, but
had already sold some to pay off debts.
