Central Festival Pattaya Beach joined forces with Pattaya’s
government for Central Group’s Big Cleaning Day to raise awareness about
environmental conservation and commemorate HM the King’s 87th birthday.
Central Group manager Kasin Owatsuwan and mall general manager
Theeraporn Jitnawa joined employees for the Dec. 1 cleanup of Second
Road.
Two teams of cleaners went south to Soi 12 and north to Central Road.
The project was held to campaign for public-space cleaning in areas
served by the mall operator. Other cleanups were held in Bangkok at
Central World, Central Festival Chiang Mai, Central Plaza Khon Kaen, and
Central Festival Hat Yai.
The project has been held regularly every month throughout the year by
alternating from place to place to clean public spaces for communities
to promote a good image for the Central Group and to raise awareness of
environmental conservation.
