The drunk and abusive Finn
sobers up in the Pattaya Police station.
Ms. Somya Seanyangnork, an employee at the Dina beer bar
on Pattaya, Soi 8, was treated at Pattaya Memorial Hospital for lacerations
she received as the result of a drunken tirade from Vil Jannen Temo Otamo,
47.
The victim recovers from her
wounds and seeks damages from her attacker.
Somya told police that the drunken Finn had been sleeping
peacefully on the counter of the bar when suddenly he awoke and started
screaming that his pocket had been picked. He then picked up a beer bottle
and broke it, then threw it into a crowd of tourists and staff.
When police arrested Otamo, he was yelling at a crowd of onlookers and was
holding a broken beer bottle. He has been charged with assault and battery,
and causing physical and mental injury to others.
Somya received a large slash wound on her arm which required 7 stitches.
