Naval officers have arrested
37 Vietnamese fisherman for illegally fishing in Thai waters.

The Royal Thai Navy seized four Vietnamese fishing boats caught
illegally trawling Thai waters.
The Thailand Maritime Enforcement Coordinating Center dispatched the HTMS
Songkhla, T 83 and T 113 patrol boats, and marine police to intercept the
boats Aug. 23 off Koh Chuang.
Thirty-seven sailors and fishermen were arrested and four large loads of
seafood seized.
The fishermen were charged with illegal entry into the Kingdom as well as
illegal fishing.
